Pickled Kelp
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup white vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar
About 6 oz fresh young kelp, cleaned and cut into 6-8 inch lengths
1 mason jar (32 oz)
Method:
Simmer the water, vinegar, and sugar for about 5 minutes. Let cool and pour over the kelp. This will be ready to eat within 48-72 hours.
